Role and Responsibilities:
As an ODP, you will be responsible for:
Assisting in the preparation and management of the operating theatre.
Supporting patients before, during, and after surgery.
Collaborating with the surgical team, anesthetists, and nurses to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Managing surgical equipment and maintaining sterile conditions.
Requirements:
HCPC registration as an Operating Department Practitioner.
Previous experience in an operating theatre environment.
Excellent communication and team-working skills.
Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
