Principal Clinical Psychologist Key Responsibilities
Lead and Manage: oversee a team of clinical psychologists, providing supervision, guidance, and support to ensure high standards of care.
Clinical Excellence: conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions for a diverse patient population.

Principal Clinical Psychologist Qualifications and Experience
Educational Background: doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Professional Registration: registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Clinical Psychologist.
Experience: a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in clinical psychology, with a track record of leadership and management.
Skills: strong therapeutic and assessment skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
